Phone interview, but echo on the interviewer's end made it incredibly difficult to understand and answer appropriately. I kept on asking the interviewer to repeat the questions and it was quite apparent that the line was not clear yet this was not acknowledged or rectified which made it difficult to perform to the best of my ability.

I had to guess the questions based on the few bits that I heard since the echo was that bad and my interviewer made no attempts to rectify this or suggest a possible solution despite recognising that I was not able to follow the questions and kept asking to repeat the question.
