Incredibly lengthy interview process. I had an initial 30 minute interview with an operations manager, short logistics call, a 30 minute interview with a director level executive, another 30 minute interview with an operations manager from another city. About a week later I had an interview with a vice president in the company. The operations managers seemed very engaged and friendly whereas the higher up interviewers often seemed as if they just wanted to get the interview over with and were reading from their screen more than engaging. Since the interview was for operations in a new city with seemingly nobody hired yet, all of the interviewers seemed to be on very different pages. Very disjointed experience and could have been a lot clearer and faster had they conducted panel interviews rather than scheduling five separate interactions. At a certain point there seems to be diminishing returns on how many questions both the interviewer and interviewee can ask about a specific position.
