Here's the problem. Companies like via tend to ALLOW woefully under qualifies and inexperienced recruiters the execute the initial screen. No way a late 40 year old (me) will be able to connect with someone like that. I get it. It's "frugal" to hire someone of that level of experience while the hiring manager hides in the background.
