Everyone at Via was super friendly throughout the interview process. I first applied to Via when I was completing an internship abroad so my first two interviews were on the phone. They were incredibly accommodating to the time difference and even kept me in consideration after I extended my stay abroad. Once I was back in the states, I interviewed with two people in their NYC office (even though the position was for their DC office). The questions were mainly about my experiences, however they are also interested in learning if you can answer operational questions, such as driver/rider acquisition. In the end, I did not get the job and I wish they had better communicated why I was not a good fit.
