As others have said, the interviewing process was unprofessional, nontransparent, dragged on for quite some time, and I left the experience feeling as though I had been taken advantage of. The work seems interesting and the people there seem bright, but the recruiting system could be improved by greater transparency regarding timelines and next steps generally. I feel too as though combining interviewers or giving each interviewer more defined work would eliminate some unnecessary overlap. I will not share questions out of respect for their process.

pretty fast process in general. first talk to someone on the team to introduce yourself. two rounds of technical interviews. Data challenge. Final onsite for 5 interviews almost back to back
So I only got interviewed one round. That was lucky because it seems like they wasted everyone else time more. They are just trying to seem like they are hiring because they just got IPOed. Don't waste your time talking to them. A very disrespectful company. Seems like their IPO failed as well so I guess it didn't work.
