Reached out to by a recruiter who set me up with a phone interview with Via's hiring manager. She didn't call me so I followed up with the recruiter to reschedule for the following week. For the next appointed time she called me 15 minutes early because we were each given a different time. She was snarky on the interview and asked me questions outside of the job description and qualifications they were looking for claiming I "should have industry knowledge". After the interview I informed the recruiter I would not like to continue with the interview process.
