There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was a recruiter screen, second round was on Zoom with a member of the team and the third round was in person at the office. Believe the other reviews you read on here - the recruitment process is ridiculous. The recruiters were unresponsive and kept trying to pass me off onto different jobs. A complete waste of time

I had two phone interview with current employees that were both really friendly. There were mostly behavioral questions and casual chatting and then some questions concerning the ride sharing industry and suggestions for improving Via's current structure
