They had no interest in hiring as they had already sourced 100 candidates for this position. The "interview" was more a sourcing of ideas instead of sourcing for talent. The types of questions and depth are what you would expect in a final round, not an initial phone screen. The more I read about the poor management structure and flaws around the company, I wish I didn't even waste my time. Not only would I never work there, but I will also never be using their product.
