I chose a 15-minute slot to have my initial interview on the phone. They sent me a link to sign up. I didn‘t receive any interviews afterwards so my experience is very limited.

You interview with multiple people on the Legal team and outside teams; first there's a screener then you have longer interviewers with Legal people that may involve hypos. Be prepared to talk about your interest in Via and why you want to work there; make sure you read up on the company's recent partnerships.

Originally, I was told I'd be doing 3 interviews and 1 written assessment. I ended up doing 6 interviews and 1 written assessment. All interviewees were great. My only complaint was being mislead at the number of interviews there would be. After finishing those 6 interviews and 1 written, I was told I'd need to do two more, but was dropped before getting to the "final" two.
