The interview process took about 1 month, with 4 rounds of interviews - the last one being the "onsite stage" but conducted remotely with a series of video-calls with different members of the Via team.
The Recruitment Coordinator was excellent, very reactive and accommodating. The process was a bit long but it is because they think of it as a "two-ways process" where the company chooses a candidate, but the candidate also chooses a company - so they want to make sure you can meet as many team members as possible.
