I applied online. I interviewed at Via Transportation (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
Interview was a fairly straightforward process. The first interview was with someone at the associate level. The second interview was with the director of the group. Both conversations were relatively casual and both individual were nice and willing to describe their experience at the firm.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Via Transportation
Interview
I went through 5 interviews - 2 phone screens and 3 video interviews with case questions. The interviews were straightforward and not particularly difficult. There is a lot of focus on cultural fit as well as relevant expertise. I did appreciate being able to meet so many members of the team individually during this interview process.
I agree with some of the previous reviews - it was strange how specific the case questions were and how much the interviewers were interested in past project outcomes. I’ve never had interviews where the interviewer is taking (what seems like) verbatim notes on my case responses like with Via.
