The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Via Transportation

BEWARE! Unethical practices!
I interviewed 2 different times in 2020, each attempt consisted of 8 interviews each which were always an hour in length. I also participated in an on-site interview that was 3 hours long.
During my 2nd attempt in October 2020 (they had called me asking if I was still interested in the position & that they were hopeful that I’d be selected this time around), one person that I met on-site even told me that I was going to be selected.
Simply put, I was used as an unpaid consultant. After further research on Glassdoor, I’m not the first victim of this unethical practice. In all, they picked my brain and leadership practices for over 18 hours, which equates to 2 days of my time making incredible changes to my professional and personal calendar.
Please be careful, if you allow, they’ll string you along for 5-6 weeks... then ghost you for another 2 weeks after that.
