Initial resume screen, followed by a phone screen, followed by an individual interview over Google Meet, followed by 5 additional individual Google Meet interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. 3 of the 5 were scheduled for 1 day, and 2 for the following day. Two days later, received a standard, impersonal rejection email stating that I didn't get the job. To summarize, I spent over 6 hours interviewing for this job, talked to 7 different people, had to interview at 5:30 in the morning because I am currently working elsewhere, and didn't get an offer. No respect for candidates, probably no respect for employees either. Disappointing.
