Interview
One of the most bizarre and awkward interviews I’ve ever had.
The woman seemed very unhappy to be interviewing me, like I was wasting her time. Honestly one of the rudest interviewers I’ve ever had. It didn’t help she was late to the phone interview.
She also asked me questions that were far outside the scope of the job posting.
There were barely any questions about if I was interested in pursuing a legal career, what lead me to apply to Via, etc. Instead she asked how I would go about setting up Via in a new city...?? When I asked if she meant the legal side, she just repeated the question.
This was also a position that asked for a bilingual candidate (which I was) and she did not ask once about my language skills.
Overall, I’m glad I didn’t get past the first stage.

I chose a 15-minute slot to have my initial interview on the phone. They sent me a link to sign up. I didn‘t receive any interviews afterwards so my experience is very limited.

You interview with multiple people on the Legal team and outside teams; first there's a screener then you have longer interviewers with Legal people that may involve hypos. Be prepared to talk about your interest in Via and why you want to work there; make sure you read up on the company's recent partnerships.

Interview
Originally, I was told I'd be doing 3 interviews and 1 written assessment. I ended up doing 6 interviews and 1 written assessment. All interviewees were great.
My only complaint was being mislead at the number of interviews there would be. After finishing those 6 interviews and 1 written, I was told I'd need to do two more, but was dropped before getting to the "final" two.
