I interviewed at Via Transportation (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
In the first stage, there was a phone interview with the recruiter.
It was a pleasant conversation to assess general compatibility.
After that, there were two technical interviews.
The first was on Zoom with one of the developers, where relatively simple coding questions were asked, including implementing a class that works efficiently.
The second interview was in the office with the team leader.
It started with a personal conversation and then moved on to a very difficult algorithm question in the field of greedy algorithms.
In my opinion, it was a bit hard for a job interview, but it's their right...
Unfortunately, I didn't pass the second interview.
I was impressed by the professionalism and the people.
