I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Via Transportation (Paris) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had 14 interviews with 8 different people for the same job, it was ridiculous. I had 6 different business cases and they were never able to take a decision during 4 months. I lost so much time, I don't recommend this company at all.

How to launch a new city? How to make the customers happy?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Via Transportation
Interview
These people are weird. Applied on their site and heard back from them 4 days later. We set up a time for phone screen and the person wasn't an HR rep or recruiter but a team member. Spoke about my resume, my professional interests and goals and the position/team. Following week I heard back about a second interview. Still with no HR/recruiter rep. It's another member of the PSO team. Mind you, apparently it's a flat team and everyone is on the same level, more or less, so was unsure about who to speak to about compensation range and things in that nature. I prefer getting that stuff out the way early to make sure we're both in alignment and no one's time is wasted. I asked about timeline for hiring for this position and apparently there was still a case study and 4 more interviews on the horizon. She swore the 4 other interviews are quick ones but still, this is a big time commitment. After this second interview, I was sent a case study with 3 questions/problems and needed to respond with how I would solve them, an example of the message I would send to partners, and then an explanation of the order I would tackle the problems in if they all came in at once. I sent them back the responses after working on it and later that week, maybe even the next day, they sent me a rejection email. No feedback, just kinda condescending with fake encouragement to try again. Please. I was annoyed with myself for even continuing down the path after not speaking to HR at all in 2 interviews. Just weird. Definitely the potential to get to the end and realize they won't even meet your minimum salary request. Good riddance.
