Interviewer did not call on time for scheduled interview. Emailed 3 hours later saying that they lost track of time with no apology asking if I was still interested in the role. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The position was pretty exciting and I like the mission of the company. I went through 7 rounds of interviews. On the last round I was told I was overqualified.

Lengthy Interview process it was time consuming to follow through the entire process. It was a recruiter phone call first then with a hiring manager then with a few people on the team
