The interview process was entirely too long. I spoke to 9 people (including the recruiter). Made it to the final round, thought it went really well, only for the recruiter to call me and let me know "they had a great time interviewing me blah blah blah but decided to go a different direction"... I asked for feedback and none was given. I understand that sometimes that's a company policy, but I spent over a month interviewing for this position and took a lot of time out of my day to speak with them. Felt like my time was totally disrespected. Their recruiter also wasn't very knowledgeable about salary, bonus structures, equity, etc. She told me that the hiring manager would answer those questions which I found strange as every recruiter call I take we discuss the budget for the position. Not to mention the hiring manager also ghosted my initial interview, the recruiter apologized profusely but I guess that should have been my first red flag.

Interview process with 7+ individual interviews with team members. Some them rushed when it was time for them to answer the questions I had about the company. They constantly repost the same positions without even giving you an update before doing so. The position for which I interviewed has been re-posted for a year. I wonder if they're interested in even hiring at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I implore you to read reviews and don't give up precious hours of your life to this interview process. It is poorly managed (the HR team had no clue that the end to end process was managed by the business!), they will put you through 6-7 rounds that all overlap in questioning and finally the feedback will miraculously go from positive to negative at the last hurdle without even a shred of constructive feedback to take away from it all.
Definitely a blessing to not be offered a role as the interview process is a good indicator of how much of a cluster the operation is on the inside. However when you invest 10+ hours into anything you can't help but feel let down/cheated. Poor form Via.
