I applied through a referral and was invited to a series of interviews. The process lasted over a month and included five interviews: two with team members and three with senior managers from different departments. Unfortunately, interviewers seemed unsure of what to ask, and the senior managers weren't directly involved in the team I was applying for. It felt pointless to involve that many people in interviewing for an entry-level position. After the fifth interview, I received a two-sentence rejection email with zero feedback provided. Given the time I invested, it was very disappointing. Overall, be prepared for a lengthy and somewhat disconnected interview process.
