I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Via Transportation in Jan 2024
Interview
Lame. Questions were asked using internal lingo and you were expected to know what they meant. Interviewer was only with the company for less than a year and was a hot mess. Had no idea how to interview someone then rejected me because I didn't know the Via terminology (yet told me she was moving me on to the next phase. Cowardly.). Pay was absurdly low so no loss for me, but steer clear.

Question 1
How would you handle a driver's low route rate? (Since this is vague, you won't know that this means Via assigned routes to a driver that they simply blew off. Could easily mean 10 different things and they won't explain what it means when you ask).
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Via Transportation (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
I had 4 rounds for field operations manager and every round is about situational and behavioural. I don't why they had to have 4 rounds just for asking same question in each interview and these took one month to complete whole process. Time waste and Very worst!!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Via Transportation (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
I made it through 2 rounds of interviews before the position was pulled. The first was speaking with a peer of the same title, and was very casual and informative about what to expect in the role. The second was with the regional manager who went in depth about the expectations and challenges. Overall, positive experience.
