I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Via Transportation (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Aug 2022
Interview
After going through an exhaustive interview process with five rounds, including discussions with the direct manager, HR, group manager, and CTO, I was confident that I was a strong fit for the role. Every interviewer expressed their approval, with the CTO being the final decision-maker. When he ultimately said 'no,' I was left bewildered. They mentioned that they weren't sure but liked my personality, yet no one was willing to be the one to make the final call. It felt like my time and energy had been wasted, as I had invested significant effort into the process only to be let down in the end.

Interview
The interview process is quite long. You have multiple rounds. I think I was supposed to have 5 or 6 interviews and you have a work test at well you can do at home. I got quite far but failed the last interview for quite the weird reason. So I felt like the whole process felt like a bit of waste of my time to be honest.
