Interview
Via is a predatory company that will exploit you for free labor and ideas and then reject you! I had seven interview rounds with Via, (including four in-person interviews with the CMO, CFO, and two department heads) and a take-home writing assignment that took me days to complete. The questions in each interview were redundant and unrelated to the job. Many of my interviews asked me for ideas about clients and marketing feedback which have nothing to do with the job description. After two months of interviewing, I received an automated rejection email with no feedback or elaboration. Listen to other people on Glassdoor, Via will use interviews to ask you market research questions, have you do free labor through take-home assignments, and then they will reject you and repost the same job to exploit others' labor. Do not trust them! They are a scummy company that does not care for workers!
It wasn't a hard process per say, but it was unnecessarily long after a certain point. I had a phone interview, then another video interview, then a writing assignment where I wrote a cover letter for a RFP, then an in person interview.
