Screener call, video interviews, then a task. Don't waste your time, because they will waste yours. The instructions for the task were extensive and very detailed, and it took took several days to complete. All interviewers were at least 10 mins late to the interviews. On top of that, one of the interviews went 50 minutes overtime, another went 20 minutes overtime. They also outsource their recruitment, so be prepared to get emails from them in the middle of the night. My advice to Via is, grow some respect for applicants' time.
