To echo what many of said, the hiring process is very long and there are some unfriendly interviewers. The outright disdain my interviewer displayed was unprofessional and discouraging,
However, I ended up with offers from FAANG so I count my blessings.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Via Transportation (New York, NY)
Interview
Overall, it was a decent experience, just a bit long! There is a recruiter screen, followed by an interview with someone from the team (a peer). A super-day with three interviews, references, and a super day in the office. It feels like it could be condensed.
