Via Transportation Senior Software Engineer interview questions

6 rounds of interviews, some of them on-site. A lot of leetcode questions ranging from medium to hard. Each round may disqualify you without regard to how well you did in the previous rounds. Overall a waste of time unless you want to do leetcode mock interviews for free. In the end got rejected for not being "technical enough" for struggling in one leetcode medium (in an interview that had 2 leetcodes) in the 3rd interview (previous interviews I solved 4-5 leetcodes med-hard flawlessly + design question + project presentation). Company management thinks they are Google, but got the impression their code is mostly monoliths nobody wants to touch. Some interviewers were really nice though.

Went into an interview with a hard interviewer. Bad luck i guess. No hints or feedback were given by the interviewer during the interview, nor was there any feedback afterward. I solved the question and the solution worked, but I didn't use the textbook solution. I was not asked for follow-ups to improve upon my solution. Further increasing the feeling that this interview isn't going my way. Overall: I didn't understand what the interview was actually about, except if I know the answer to the question or not.
