Was recruited through an agency. Everything was going smoothly, and the team was great. They let me know they were looking at extending an offer and wanted me to meet with 2 more people. They also pressured me into meeting with everyone ASAP. I was able to meet with one before the week ended, and opened up my availability to meet with the last interviewer for the next week. Everything was pretty positive but then they just ghosted the recruitment agency. I reached out to them personally for any feedback and they never responded as well. For people working in the recruitment space and HR, they do not know how to give a good, even decent, candidate experience at all.
