The phone interview started off in an odd way and was robotic and scripted. It felt like I was on an automated call. At the end of the interview, they indicated that I was a great fit for the role, and they wanted to set up a 2nd round interview with the hiring manager. However, I never heard back from them, even after a follow up email was sent. Candidates take the time to prepare for interviews, VIR should have the respect and courtesy to follow up/provide feedback to their candidates (even if they send a generic closure email.) When you interview here, they will ghost you, don't waste your time. I am surprised VIR would allow the company to be represented in this manner.
