The interview process at Virta Health started with a 15-minute phone call with a recruiter to discuss my background and the role. Next, I had two 45-minute interviews: one focused on coaching scenarios and patient engagement, and the other on my work style and collaboration in a remote setting. The final 30-minute interview covered Virta’s company culture, expectations for health coaches, and alignment with their mission. Throughout the process, everyone was very professional, friendly, and timely, making for a smooth and positive experience. Overall, the process was focused on patient care, cultural fit, and assessing my ability to thrive in the role.
