I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Virtu Financial in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with a coding test, followed by HR call, then a virtual technical round, and finally a superday with 5 back to back technical interviews. Technical rounds consisted of writing out SQL and Python on paper and statistical brain teasers. Interviewers were very emotionless and seemed like they did not want to be there. All interviewers also stressed that the hours are 12-15 hours each day.

Question 1
What is the probability that a number 1-1000 is not divisible by 2-10?
Very long interview process. Technical assessment and technical round and then onsite super day interview. Very unnecessarily long in my opinion, interviewed with around 6 people onsite, emphasis on long hours. A lot of statistical/probability questions and brain teasers.
