Terrible experience, they send you an online assessment with FIVE coding questions you have to complete in 75 minutes before they'll even talk to you like a human being. Absurdly terrible time crunch that does nothing but filter good candidates out, especially mid-late career ones. Steer clear of this place, they clearly won't treat you like a human being if you do manage to make it past their ridiculous screening process. The HR groupthink in tech is out of control with this stuff.
