I was contacted via headhunter. Telephone interview. The interviewer was somewhat rude for general standards, but this did not disturb me. He was also sincere and straightforward, which I appreciated.

Very good, they only cared about my GCSE results, asked super easy questions I feel like they like people with good gcse grades. I was worried because I studied history in university.
Interview process is very smooth and transparent. There is a variety of question asked, from soft personality questions to more technical questions, which cover knowledge area from brain teasers, statistics and certain coding questions.

Interview
I interviewed with Virtu in September 2024. The process was exceptionally long, spanning approximately three months with around nine interview rounds. On average, it took about two weeks to receive a response after each round. Despite the extensive commitment, the feedback was minimal, and after three months of interviews, I ultimately received a rejection. I also heard from some friends that even if a candidate completes the entire interview process, the firm might reject them due to concerns from an earlier round, which were never explicitly addressed or revisited later in the process.
