I first had a interview over the phone that was really good with questions about my currently role and skills and then some technical questions. I did well since they wanted me for another interview but in person this time but the recruiter was in London so the interview would be with someone else.
2 Days later I was there for a interview and the interviewer told me about a test and handed over a 63 questions tests to complete in 40 minutes. She also said there was no negative marks so if it was difficult just guess the answer and move on.
The questions were only maths and "logic" the type for you to guess what was the next picture of the sequence or the next number. It was complicated to do that since I had only 40 minutes so I did the ones I had sure and the other ones went through quicker.
After the end of the test the interviewer took the test to correct and a few minutes later she came back saying they have a benchmark for that test and I didn't score enough so they wouldn't proceed with the interview.
That was it, no other questions whatsoever. They didn't say anything about the role, about the company itself, didn't ask any technical questions or anything.
It was very disappointing and a total waste of time. Specially for the fact that she said it didn't have a negative marks so I focused more into finishing them in time then actually put a lot of effort to do the pictures and random stuff there.
