They sent me a link online for a coder pad, there were 5 questions, I could only do three of them, I am unsure if I was supposed to do all 5, does not seem too realistic to me. Just reading and understanding the questions took me at least 5 mins each, leaving me only 10 mins to construct and type the solutions

There was a fibonacci question where you were expected to find the index in the Fibonacci sequence if I gave you the Fibonacci number.

The hr scheduled the interview twice but did not show up both!!! I this it is very disrespectful. I really waste much time on it. It is not professional. I think people should consider more.
Was friendly and helpful. Stage 1 was online assessment which should be completed quickly and perfectly. Stage 2 was probability and statistics. Stage 3 was more probability and stats. There are competitive candidates so they are looking for correctness. I stopped here. they asked a squid game probability question that threw me off balance.

Interview
The interviews were multiple zoom ones until a final in-person interview. They were all nice, like a chat with a colleague. Technical level was tested on the understanding. If a formula or derivation was mising, this was not an issue at all.
