First round is over coding test. Very simple. The second Round with hr. Mainly talking about motivations. And a few brainteasers. 3rd round with a trader. Talking about probabilities and bts. That's where I failed.

First round is a coding test (Codility). The questions are mainly string, array operation. You can write in any language. 5 questions in 75 minutes. Not hard but you have to work under a lot of stress. Second round is with HR. Introduction followed by two brain teasers.
