It was quite a long process. It took me more than 2 months to finish it.
First step was a simple codility test. Iif you can do easy to medium level questions on leetcode, you should be able to solve it. In my case they repeated the questions they asked in previous interviews and since i practiced on them beforehand, i passed easily.
The next step was an HR interview, she was quite nice and just asked me about my background, no brainteasers or anything. Basically they want smart but kind people in their organization.
After that they sent me an IQ test with 50 questions in 12 minutes, i was able to do 49 until the time went off.
And followed by a phone screening interview. The guy was quite nice asked me some probability questions, a quant brainteaser related to arbitrage, a algorithm question and on about linear regression. I enjoyed talking to him. To pass these interviews, the brainteasers need to be approached with the simplest solution possible and not some complicated algorithm. I was confirmed for the onsite interview the same day.
The onsite interview was similar to phone screening interview, i goofed up on some stats questions. Out of 4 interviews, i think 1 went pretty good, 2 went alright and 1 went terrible. Unfortunately for me, the interview that went terrible was with the team leader for the position i applied. I goofed up on some brainteaser which came out to be pretty obvious to me later.
Overall the people were nice but i had some concerns about the process. First of all, it took a long time. There was some mismanagement as one of the onsite interviewer was absent and was replaced by someone else and another one called me at the wrong time. I was also not made aware of the exact role in the company, i was just told it was a quant strat role but not the specialization. They told me about that on the onsite interview.
I would probably apply again.
