The tests administered during the process are interesting if you know SQL. They are a great company but expectations of everyone to know some form of coding could be a bit much.

Coding test are short problems on Codility, can use the site to practice similar problems. Phone interviews include a few standard brain teasers.
The overall experience was negative. There was a lack of communication throughout the process. I was ghosted for 2 weeks when someone was on leave and never told beforehand this could happen. Got no feedback after being rejected after doing multiple rounds of interviews which is unacceptable.

Coding exercises, 10 interviews, abusive and lengthy process. Advanced stats/math questions, which are irrelevant for an operations role, and no offer even though answers were correct. Had I known that there would be 10 interviews, I wouldn’t have accepted to invest so much time
