I applied to VISA through on campus recruiting at my university. I was contacted through the system and was invited to arrange an interview with the company. I had two 30-minute interviews back-to-back with one interviewer each. One interviewer was in charge of VISA's corporate sponsorships and the other a marketing director. For the first interview, the interviewer asked questions about how it can improve its revenue. All subsequent questions came off of the first. For the second interview, the interviewer asked me basic questions about my resume and then mini case studies.
