Interview
had to answer a few questions over email, phone screening, 1-hour interview with a panel of two people where you have to present a case study. they took long to answer and gave bad feedback. the interview was really nice tho because the panelists didnt have prepared questions they just asked based on your intro so it felt personable. there was not enough time to present my case study.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Foster City, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Pretty chill and laid back; talked about a couple of my case studies as a designer, and good conversation back and forth. The behavioral interview was with the recruiter, and the technical (UX-design focused) was with actual designers on the team.
