The interview was started and lead by the scrum master of my current team. The interview started with a brief description of the company and Q&A between me and the interviewer. Then an algorithmic task was given to me, and they asked me how much time will I need to solve it, so that he could go out of the room and come back when I'm done, leaving me time alone to solve the task. After the time finished, he came back and I explained the solution and it all went ok. Followed a technical interview on C++, things like class and object, pointers and pointer arithmetic, Singleton pattern explanation etc. Followed an HR interview with questions like - why Visteon, how would I contribute to the company, what so I do in my free time etc. The whole interview took a total of two and a half hours.
