The moment I got in the room the people introduce themselves with one sentence each and started directly asking me why did I apply to this company and position? Then moved to the next questions which were related to the background I have from my university and internships. Later after that, they asked me to explain some of the skills that I wrote on my CV.
Afterwards, was the more technical part, One English test, one test involving question about tolerance analysis (open and close) plus questions related to making a design of plastic enclosure. Finally, two A3 paper sketches, one had a 2D sketch with different tolerances and I had to calculate the missing size of a hole (plus adding tolerance), while the other had a part and I was asked to mark the parts which are critical to be known by the manufacturer (such as hole alignment, some cut out of the part, etc.).
Make sure you know what tolerance stack-up analysis!!!
