Interview
Several interviews, >3, are typically unstructured. The focus is on whether or not you will kiss the ring of the leadership team and attend calls over the weekend to attend to issues. The expectation is to do more with less and there is a constant push to gauge whether or not you are willing to let go of people when the time is right to balance budgets.
