Visual Comfort & Co. interview questions

I put my resume on Monster and was then contacted by a recruiter who I met with. She expplained the company a little and then set up the first interview with the Director of Customer Service. We had a great interview. He asked lots of standard interview questions and we spoke for over an hour. Then, I went back the following week for the paid experimental day in which I sat with various employees. I was supposed to meet with four people for interviews, but two were gone, so I went back later in the week to meet with those people. All together, you meet three higher ups in customer service, an HR person, and the pesident of the company, as well as do the experimental day. It's definitely a process, but the people are very friendly and professional.

Once I was identified as a potential candidate (phone screening by two people) I was interviewed 7 times with various levels of management and future co-workers for skill level, personability, and compatibility.
