I had to do a test online and then I received an email and a phone call for a face to face. Went to face to face interview but before that I took another test which was basically the same thing. After the interview a few days later I did a phone interview with VP and was offered the job shortly after.

Interview
It is a very rigorous process. You are tested multiple times. There are multiple rounds of interviews. You also interview with multiple VP's. If you are offered a position you feel like you really earned it.

Completed the IQ assessment a second time, In office before interview
Was conducted in a quiet, nice conference room.
Two representatives on the phone, one in person.
Overall mostly pleasant, interviewers asked similar questions and responded directly to my questions.
