You will get a phone screen interview (after passing the website test provided on the job description and sending in your resume). If they like you, someone will email you about coming in for a person interview. Someone will interview you there and ask general questions. I was automatically "hired " after this interview without really asking if I want to take it or not since I was given a tour of the emergency department afterwards. Don't worry, you will get a phone call from the same person who phone screened interviewed you in a few days, asking if you are taking the job with said hourly pay.
