Vituity Practice Administrator interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter through email to do a phone screen, scheduled the phone screen and talked the recruiter the following day about job history and info about the position. After that was completed, I was sent a mini interactive assessment to do along with a date to do a video interview with 2 practice admins. After finishing the interview with the 2 practice admins I was told I was going to hear back after completing a schedule puzzle. Once I emailed the schedule puzzle back, I didn’t hear back from the recruiter nor the 2 practice admins, so I cut my losses. This was probably one of the worst interview processes I’ve been through due to lack of communication. It was also weird that I received the same exact phone screen email from the same recruiter 2 weeks later.

Usually 2 Regionals and the MD for the hospital. Array of questions also a little schedule puzzle after initial call. I had three with one site and only one interview with another location so it varies.
