Phone Interview went really well with great recommendations to proceed to the next stage. I was emailed a week later saying I wasn't selected with no concrete feedback about why the sudden change in direction. It's hard to prepare for these interviews and when you do well enough to get to the next stage, that shouldn't be just changed on last minute without concrete feedback to the candidate. Says alot about the company.
