Applied through employee referral, process took two weeks in total. There was a phone screen followed by on-site interview. I was mostly asked about my school projects and relevant details from my previous job. Interviewers made me feel very comfortable and I ended up accepting the offer. It was a great internship experience!
Expected to have experience with git, documentation, and good code techniques. They liked people who had dealt with client side and back side platforms. I was interviewed by the director who had a strong sense of the field.
