I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Voleon (Berkeley, CA) in May 2020
Interview
Pretty standard process. Two phone interviews followed by an invitation to visit them in-person. One more follow up call with someone I had not met, then I never heard from them again despite repeated follow-ups. I eventually sent an email saying I was no longer interested.

Q: How would you approach creating a talent brand?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Voleon
Interview
The interview day was a series of 5 interviews with different people I would interact with in the group, sort of a 360 interview (meaning that I was interviewed by a peer, someone who I would have an oblique reporting relationship with, a direct supervisor, and 2 stakeholders). We had approximately an hour per interview. Overall I was impressed by how open, friendly, and straightforward the interviewers were.
