I had a phone interview for the Digital Marketing Specialist role. I was called shortly after applying by a hiring manager. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long. If I remember correctly, there were quite a few situational questions. "When was a time when..." Or "Discuss a time when you had to..." After the initial call, the hiring manager said she was leaving on vacation for a couple weeks so I hadn't heard back. I received an email that they were moving forward from another candidate. However, I did receive a nice call from her upon her return. Overall, not too bad of an experience.
