Vuori interview questions

First I had a recruiter screen, which went well. My second interview was a 30 minute virtual interview. The interviewer showed up late and had their camera off; they did not acknowledge either. Even though the interview started late, it still ended on time. This gave me less than 30 minutes to share my experiences. As instructed, I followed up with recruiting several times after the interview. I finally received an automated rejection email 2 months later. I really admire the company; however, I wish there was more respect for candidates during the interview process.

The initial screening call went well and was told I would be moved on to the next round and I would be contacted within the next week. I never heard back, so I attempted to reach out several times for an update, but got no response.
